The Story Behind the Collection
The "Better Together" collection is more than just apparel—it symbolizes connection, growth, and the beauty of vulnerability. This collection was inspired by a heartfelt letter from Natalie, a 14-year-old girl who shared how Stay Another Day helped her through her mental health journey. Reading Natalie’s letter became a pivotal moment for Stay Another Day and its founder, Mackenzie—marking a true "I made it" moment for both the brand and Mackenzie personally.
Filled with drawings of hearts, butterflies, and smiley faces, Natalie’s letter symbolizes her healing and hope. The struggles they each faced were difficult, but this collection represents how hard times can lead to something beautiful. Originally created as a surprise for Natalie, Mackenzie’s gift of these hoodies became the foundation of their growing friendship. Together, they realized that their story of vulnerability and healing could inspire others, and now they hope this collection will remind everyone that they are never alone in their journey.

A portion of each sale will go toward a scholarship fund for Natalie’s future endeavors when she graduates high school. This fund will help her pursue her dreams and honor the impact she’s had on Stay Another Day’s journey.
As Natalie said in her letter, "I am so proud of how far we have both come." This collection is a symbol of hope, friendship, and the belief that no one has to face their struggles alone.
