It's Okay to be Sad Embroidered

Being sad is something you should embrace. Acknowledging how you are feeling is the first step of getting better. Mental Health is overlooked yet so many people struggle with it and suffer in silence. 

Mackenzie’s Personal Experience:  “For a while I didn’t prioritize taking care of myself and I felt like I wasn't going to make it out of the terrible low I’d fallen into. Growth is uncomfortable, I’ve definitely gone out of my comfort zone by being so open about my mental health. I’ve learned that it really is okay to be sad and ask for help, and there is so much strength within admitting you aren’t feeling the best”

You’re not in this alone and speaking up about how you’re feeling could help you as well as others around you going through similar things. This design is a constant reminder that it’s okay to feel low, embrace these feelings and take the steps you need to get better. You have nothing to lose from working on yourself :)
